Pricing Guide:

Initial service call: $44.95 which includes up to an hour of labor. This means that if we can fix your problem within an hour the maximum you'll pay (not including software/hardware) is $44.95. After that each project is priced individually but we'll price everything for you up front and you'll never pay more than we quote you. Also the service fee is waived if we provide you with an additional service and you agree to the price.

Below are the base costs of some general services. Remember all you need to do is tell us what you need done and we can work up the quote for you. Specific prices of each job may vary depending on the condition of your computer hardware and software but you will know the exact cost up front and we guarantee to be the lowest price in our service area.

Note that all guarantees only apply to the labor, not the parts. Parts will be guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, however, there will be no additional labor charges if we have to replace a defective part. The price guarantee only applies to labor. While we will work hard to get you the lowest possible price from competitive national vendors we do not sell any parts directly. For the on-time guarantee we reserve the right to change your expected completion date if parts/equipment are delayed by the manufacturer and outside of our ability to control.
