Price Guarantee: We guarantee you the lowest price available in our service area. If you can find someone advertising to do the work a less we'll beat that price by 10%.
Service Guarantee: If, within 90 days, you're not happy with the services provided and we can't make adjustments to your satisfaction we'll refund 100% of the labor costs.
On Time Guarantee: We guarantee to arrive a your scheduled service call on-time or you won't have to pay a the call. All work is guaranteed to be completed on time or you don't have to pay a it.
Note that all guarantees only apply to the labor, not the parts. Parts will be guaranteed under the manufacturer's warranty, however, there will be no additional labor charges if we have to replace a defective part. The price guarantee only applies to labor. While we will work hard to get you the lowest possible price from competitive national vendors we do not sell any parts directly. For the on-time guarantee we reserve the right to change your expected completion date if parts/equipment are delayed by the manufacturer and outside of our ability to control.
